Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Script Forge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

When using Script Forge, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and truthful account information.
Maintain the security of your account, devices, plugin connections, and credentials.
Review AI-generated code, instructions, and outputs before relying on them in production.
Use the service lawfully and respectfully, without harming other users, Roblox systems, or third-party platforms.
Avoid attempts to bypass rate limits, plan restrictions, security controls, or infrastructure protections.

Script Forge provides AI-assisted development workflows, chat history, uploads, project context features, and Roblox Studio plugin connectivity.

You remain responsible for what you create, execute, publish, or distribute using the service.
You may not use Script Forge for unlawful, malicious, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
You may not use Script Forge to create malware, exploit kits, platform abuse tools, or content that violates Roblox rules or applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access if use of the service creates legal, operational, billing, or security risk.

Script Forge uses AI systems that can generate code, text, plans, edits, and recommendations.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for your use case.
You are solely responsible for validating generated code and instructions before use.
We do not guarantee that generated output is production-ready, error-free, or compliant with third-party rules.

Script Forge can connect to Roblox Studio through a plugin and related service workflow.

You are responsible for all actions executed in your Studio environment.
You retain ownership of your code, assets, project files, and game ideas.
Script Forge does not claim ownership over Roblox-hosted project files.
If your account is suspended or terminated, your project files do not become the property of Script Forge.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Script Forge at any time.

Features, limits, supported models, and pricing may change as the platform evolves.
We may update or remove functionality without guaranteeing backward compatibility in every case.
We will attempt to notify users of material changes when practical.

Script Forge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where prohibited by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
You use the dashboard, plugin, uploads, and AI-generated outputs at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Script Forge after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Material updates may be reflected by changing the last-updated date and publishing the revised terms.
If you do not agree with an updated version, you should stop using the service.

Some Script Forge features may require a paid subscription, credits, or other commercial access.

Subscription plans: paid tiers may include higher usage limits, more credits, premium models, or additional product features.
Billing: subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the available billing settings.
Payment processing: payments are handled by third-party processors. Script Forge does not store full card details on its own servers.
Cancellation: cancellations generally take effect at the end of the active billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

All payments are final except where refunds are required by law or expressly promised by us in writing.

Used credits, partial months, consumed services, and already-processed subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
If a free trial is offered, you are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
Once payment is processed, our no-refunds policy normally applies.

We want to resolve billing issues directly. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate.

We may temporarily restrict access while a chargeback or dispute is active.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may be treated as a breach of these Terms when done abusively or in bad faith.
Repeated or unresolved chargebacks may result in account termination, and you remain responsible for legitimate outstanding balances.
Attempts to obtain unauthorized refunds or abusive chargebacks may lead to immediate account action and potential recovery efforts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, abuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users.

Termination may affect access to chats, subscriptions, credits, premium features, and dashboard functionality.
Your Roblox-hosted files and assets remain yours; Script Forge does not take ownership of your Roblox project files upon termination.
Termination affects access to Script Forge services, not ownership of your external project assets.
